Zombie

Ingredients

  • 25ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 12.5ml Apricot Brandy
  • 25ml Appleton VX Rum
  • 25ml Funkin Lime Purée
  • 75ml Pineapple juice
  • 25ml Orange juice
  • 12.5ml Gomme
Add all ingredients into Boston with cubed ice, shake and strain over cubed ice. Top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

Feeling Fruity

Ingredients

  • 25ml Midori
  • 25ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 75ml Passion fruit Juice
  • 10ml Monin Fraise
Shake all ingredients except fraise syrup in a Boston with cubed ice. Add fraise to the bottom of the glass then filled 3/4 with cubed ice. Strain ingredients in boston into glass on top of fraise. Top with ice and garnish.

Jelly Baby

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 12.5ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 12.5ml Malibu
  • 12.5ml De Kuyper Blue Curacao
  • 12.5ml Monin Grenadine
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
Add grenadine to bottom of the glass and fill with cubed ice. Shake Malibu, Archers and pineapple juice in a boston shaker with cubed ice and layer on the grenadine. Do the same with vodka and blue curacao. Top with ice and garnish.

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 12.5ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 12.5ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
  • 12.5ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 12.5ml Sauza Tequila
  • 5ml Monin Gomme
  • 125ml Cola
  • 20ml Funkin Lime Purée
Add cubed ice to glass halfway up and add cola. Put rest of ingredients into a boston shaker with cubed ice. Shake, strain gently and the spirit mix will layer on cola. Top with more ice and garnish.

Mojito

Ingredients

  • 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • 6 Lime Wedges
  • 25ml Soda
  • 2 Bar spoons brown sugar
Muddle lime and sugar in glass, clap mint and add to glass. Fill glass 2/3 with crushed ice, add rum and stir. Add soda, cap with crushed ice and garnish.

Pornstar Martini

Ingredients

  • 25ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 15ml Lime Purée
  • 10ml Gomme
  • 25ml Passion Fruit Purée
  • 25ml Passoa
  • 50ml Fantinel Prosecco
  • Half Passion Fruit
Ice the martini glass to chill. Put passion fruit flesh in boston, add rest of ingredients except prosecco. Shake and fine strain into glass. Garnish. Serve a shot of prosecco in shot glass by the side.

Collins

Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 12.5ml Flavoured Liqueur
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Gomme
  • Top with Soda
Build in a Collins glass over cubed ice, stir and top with soda and crushed ice.

Dark and Stormy

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gosling Rum
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer
Pour lime and Ginger beer over cubed ice into a 12oz Collins glass. Float 50ml Gosling on top and garnish with lime wedge and Instagram flag.

Summer Sting

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gordons Pink
  • 50 ml Passion Fruit juice
  • 25 ml Apple Juice
  • 10 ml Fraise
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml Funkin Strawberry
Shake all ingredients in boston shaker with cubed ice. Dirty pour in gin balloon and top up with cubed ice and crushed ice.

TANQMEISTER

Ingredients

  • 25ml Jägermeister
  • 25ml Tanqueray
  • 25ml Funkin Passionfruit
  • 25ml Pineapple juice
  • 25ml Grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Rekorderlig Strawberry &
    Lime
Shake all ingredients (no draught) with cubed ice in boston. Dirty pour in 12oz Rocks glass. Top up with cider.

WRAYMONDO

Ingredients

  • 25ml Disaronno Amaretto
  • 25ml Wray & Nephew
  • 10ml Finest Call Cream of Coconut
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
  • 10ml Lemon juice
Shake all ingredients in boston shaker with cubed ice. Strain in 9oz Rocks glass on top of crushed ice

Ingredients

  • 25ml Zubrowka
  • 12.5ml Teichenne apple
  • 12.5ml Midori
  • 12.5ml Lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Gomme
  • Bottle of Schweppes cucumber tonic
25ml Zubrowka 12.5ml Teichenne apple 12.5ml Midori 12.5ml Lemon juice 12.5ml Gomme Bottle of Schweppes cucumber tonic

Bull On The Beach

Ingredients

  • 100ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 100ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 250ml Red Bull
  • 200ml Cranberry Juice
  • 200ml Orange juice
Fill vessel with cubed ice, build all ingredients in vessel. Stir with a bar spoon, top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

Giant Jelly Baby

Ingredients

  • 50ml Blue Curaco
  • 50ml Malibu
  • 50ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 50ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 50ml Grenadine
  • 200ml Pineapple Juice
  • 4 Strawberry Slices
Half fill the fish bowl with cubed, add grenadine and layer pineapple juice on top. Top up with cubed ice and shake the remaining ingredients together. Slowly pour into the fishbowl, cap with crushed ice and add four strawberry slices.

Longer Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 40ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 40ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 40ml Triple Sec
  • 40ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 40ml Sauza Hornitos Tequila
  • 25ml Monin Gomme
  • 500ml Cola
  • 100ml Funkin Lime Purée
Add all ingredients except coke into a boston shaker with cubed ice and shake. Fill the bowl with cubed ice and add the cola, add shaken ingredients and garnish.

SUMMER BLUSH

Ingredients

  • 150 ml Gordons Pink
  • 50 ml Cointreau
  • 8 dashes of Grapefruit Bitter
  • 50 ml Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml Gomme
  • 200 ml Tonic
Build in vessel over cubed ice. Stir using a bar spoon and top it up with tonic and crushed ice.
